Weigh-in and weigh-outs must be completed by the approved service provider you use for your weight loss program, or a person or company named by Vitivia.

The recording can be done using any smart phone Video.

Recordings typically take about 1 minute. Once you are done recording, save the file using the Certificate Number as the file name.

Once you save the file, the service provider will upload it to the DropBox address indicated in Service Provider's portal.

You will need someone other than yourself to record the videos. Each video recording must be continuous (no stops, starts or edits), and contain the following elements:

1.         Self introduction by the applicant identifying their name, address and the current date.

2.         Video the front of their photo identification.

3.         Self introduction by the person taking the weight.

4.         For each video recording (weigh in and weigh out), recite the Certificate ID, speaking clearly and slowly.

Video record the scale at 0.

Video record the candidate stepping onto the scale and then show the scale’s digital read-out move to its resting spot thereby indicating the person’s weight.

Continue clearly video taping the scale read-out of the person’s weight for at least 5 seconds.

Video record the person stepping off the scale then show the scale returning to 0.

Each video should clearly demonstrate that you were properly weighed and that your weight can be easily and visibly ascertained.

Videos that cannot be easily interpreted may not be accepted and you will not be able to re-do them as your deadline may have lapsed by the time we are able to view it.
